Stay informed about industry trends, competitor card offerings, and emerging opportunities in the debit and prepaid card space. 8. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, maintaining clear communication and fostering long-term, positive relationships. 9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure partnership initiatives deliver strong, measurable outcomes.

Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management roles. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex agreements. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a genuine passion for building collaborative win-win partnerships. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 7. As you will be working closely with our stakeholders in China, proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
