What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative / Car Wash Attendant, you'll help deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for every customer by:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Explaining wash packages, memberships, promotions, and pricing
• Assisting customers with payments and account setup
• Preparing vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
• Safely directing vehicles through the wash process
• Monitoring wash equipment and identifying any operational issues
• Keeping the facility clean, organized, and inviting
• Performing routine site cleaning and light maintenance tasks
• Assisting with equipment maintenance as directed
• Following safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting teammates with additional duties as needed

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Climb ladders when necessary
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
