Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join the Service Department. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in the automotive industry.
In this role, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of vehicle presentation and customer care expected at our dealership, contributing to an outstanding service experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Location: 849 Automall Drive North Vancouver, BC V7P 3R8
Schedule: This is a full-time role consisting of 5 days and 40 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rotational basis.
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour.
This role reports to the Service Manager of the dealership.

A Day in the Life
• Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our customer vehicles, including exterior washing and interior cleaning
• Maneuver, arrange, and relocate guest vehicles with care
• Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported
• Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies
• Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information
• Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment
• Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
• A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred
• Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• This is a physically active role and requires the following:
◦ Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot
◦ Walking and/or standing for long periods
◦ Frequent operation of automatic and manual transmission vehicles
◦ Washing vehicles, which may include use of various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
◦ Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat. Weather conditions are monitored for safety as needed
