Job Description

• Car wash attendants are responsible for washing cars and carrying out all other daily duties that ensure effective operation of a car wash facility. This entails working outside.
• Deliver the best customer service to customers.
• Greet customers with a warm smile, ask them what service they are requesting, collect the specified fee, completing the tasks as quickly as possible.
• Know how to use certain equipment for them to be able to work efficiently in an automated facility.
• Control the levers and switches that control the washing process.
• Direct the driver into the entrance to the car wash or guide them onto tracks.
• Protect the vehicle during the washing process by ensuring wipers are secured to the windshield, antennas are down, and other parts of the car are properly secured from the hard impact of the brush applied in the wash cycle.
• Possibly wash the entire vehicle manually.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including cleaning windows, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and applying wax upon request.

• High School attendee with working papers, High School Degree or GED

• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Must be able to work independently, and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.
