Qualifications:- Self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit and a willingness to learn.- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.- Professional and well-groomed personal appearance to represent the dealership.- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen.
  Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to establish a loyal clientele base.- Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.- Stay informed about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technologies to become a trusted vehicle authority.- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase features and benefits effectively.- Proactively follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations to achieve sales targets.- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strategize, plan, and execute sales objectives effectively.
