We are seeking an experienced Car Rental Manager to oversee daily rental operations, fleet utilization, revenue growth, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction while driving business expansion initiatives.
Manage day-to-day car rental operations and fleet utilization.
Develop pricing strategies and monitor revenue performance.
Oversee insurance processes, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion.
Generate operational and financial reports using rental management systems.
Ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
Proven experience in a large-scale fleet or car rental organization.
Strong knowledge of insurance, invoicing, pricing models, and compliance.
Proficiency in car rental management systems and reporting tools.
