Your opportunity

Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield North Lakes as a Car Park Attendant, where you'll help create an exceptional car park experience that makes every customer’s visit seamless and enjoyable.

This role focuses on assisting customers, ensuring efficient entry and exit, and maintaining a well-presented and accessible parking environment. You’ll be proactive and hands-on, anticipating customer needs and creating a positive experience that leaves a lasting impression, encouraging customers to return.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers to enhance their experience.
  • Managing traffic flow and directing vehicles to ensure a smooth parking experience, especially during peak times or capacity issues.
  • Conducting routine patrols to ensure the car park remains clean, well-lit, and organised, including tidying shopping carts.
  • Assisting customers and retailers with parking inquiries, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

This role is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or car park services.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (Full or Provisional license acceptable).
