LOCATION: OLD GEORGE MALL SHOPPING CENTRE

SHIFT PATTERN: Thursday and Saturday, 16 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

We are recruiting for an experienced cleaner/ car park operative based in Salisbury.

The main duties of your role will be:

- Overseeing the computer car park system

- Dealing with customers face to face, over intercom system and phone call systems

- Sorting out problems with car park pay stations

- Assisting customers with queries and issues

- Liaising with the Control Room

- Responding to alarms

- Keeping high standards of cleanliness around the car park including litter picking and operational ride on equipment.

- Carry out cleaning & re-stocking supplies in public toilet

- Control stock levels of car park tickets and replenish tickets in the ticket machines when necessary.

- To report any fault to car park equipment

- Report any breaches to security of vehicles

- Carry out other duties as may be directed from time to time.

- Maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff, following all health & safety procedures

Person Specification:

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Good communication skills both written and verbal

· The Ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· A customer focused approach.

· A proactive/can do attitude to work.

· The ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility of role.

· The ability to follow process/instructions
