Missing Bills ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD

Department: Capturis Operations

The Missing Bills Assistant Team Leads (ATL) educate, unite, and hold accountable the members of the Missing Bills team. Team members look to you for answers to questions and escalated issues as you help drive team member growth and development. You coordinate with the team lead on the needs of your team and then take action to meet those needs. You lead by example as you submit quality work and hold valuable team meetings. You have a strong influence on bettering team members and enhancing current processes.

Responsibilities

As a Missing Bills Assistant Team Lead, you will:

  • Assign team members workload
  • Lead one-on-one and team meetings
  • Attend leadership meetings and report team numbers
  • Review your team members work and give quality feedback
  • Answer team members questions and follow up if necessary
  • Ensure team member success
  • Report issues and results to leaders and team members
  • Identify inefficient processes and find innovative solutions
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice

Qualifications
