
The Capture Systems & Pipeline Coordinator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic use of systems supporting Ahtna’s business development, capture, and proposal processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for capture and pipeline systems, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of data used to support enterprise-wide opportunity tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.
Working closely with Proposal Managers, Pricing, Business Development, Capture, and subsidiary leadership, this role supports the evaluation and advancement of opportunities through established capture lifecycle processes. The position plays a key role in enabling data-driven go/no-go decisions, aligning pipeline visibility with business growth priorities, and improving system functionality and reporting capabilities across the organization.
The salary range for this position is $107,265-$$133,545 per year.
