La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated Captains to join its Airbus A321 fleet, based at Paris-Orly Airport.

This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.

Selection Process

The selection day will take place on October 15, 2026.

Pre-selected candidates will be contacted by phone on October 12, 2026. During this call, candidates will be informed of their assigned interview time slot.

Prior to the motivation interview, candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment.

Only candidates achieving a score of 80% or above will proceed to the motivation interview.

Candidates who successfully complete the motivation interview will be invited to a simulator assessment, which will take place on October 16, 2026.

Selected candidates must hold a valid Airbus A320 Family (A32F) Type Rating at the time of joining.

Profil recherché

Minimum Requirements

• Hold a valid EASA ATPL(A), issued or accepted by the French DGAC.
• Hold a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR).
• Hold a valid Airbus A320 Family (A32F) Type Rating.
• Hold a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, compliant with Part-MED requirements.
• Hold a valid European passport.
• English Language Proficiency: minimum ICAO Level 5.
• French Language Proficiency: ICAO Level 6.

Flight Experience

• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft.
• Minimum 2,500 flight hours in airline operations.
• Minimum 500 flight hours on Airbus aircraft, including Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) experience.
• Minimum 500 flight hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), preferably on the A320 Family (A32F).
• Minimum 500 flight hours in long-haul operations, on routes exceeding 3,000 NM.

Background & Additional Requirements

• No history of aviation accidents or incidents.
• No criminal record or security restrictions.
• Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
