Job Description

Seeking an experienced Captain (open to a team with a Cook/Stew/Deck)to join an exciting performance cruiser. This is a full-time position with plans to cruise the US East Coast and Caribbean Future plans may also include exploring Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Captain or team to join Nautor's first hybrid yacht A well-loved Swan 88, the yacht is owned by accomplished and respectful world cruisers who value professionalism, mutual respect, and a positive onboard culture, making this a highly desirable position for the right candidates.

Please note: a B1/B2 visa or legal right to work in the USA is mandatory for all candidates.

Qualities desired in the Captain:

• Previous sailing experience as Captain on similar-sized sailing yachts (22m+ / 72ft+)

• Proven experience with engineering and systems maintenance

• Experience managing other crew

• Team player

• Fluent English

• B1/B2 in hand or US Passport/Green Card

Qualities desired in the Cook/Stew/Deck:

• A high attention to detail and understanding of yachting standards

• Excellent organisational skills

• A self-starter capable of managing multiple areas on board

• Previous experience cooking on board and managing a galley

• An interest in preparing fresh and healthy meals

• Previous sailing experience on similar size performance sailing yachts is preferred
