Sanya Mandarin Oriental, Coral Bay is the first hotel of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Chinese mainland. Overlooking the South China Sea and boasting a 1.2‑kilometre stretch of pristine coral beach, it is an exclusive beachfront resort that occupies an entire bay.

About the job
The incumbent is responsible for directing restaurant team in achieving the ultimate guest experience and to meet and exceed the food and beverage goals established for pre and post opening in achieving a 5 star/5 diamond rating. The Rising Fans reports directly to the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager and supervises the entire restaurant staff.
