Join our Capping Team and help ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service across fleet financial transactions. As a Capping Associate, you’ll review and validate vehicle purchase documentation, resolve billing discrepancies, support vendor setup, and partner closely with internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, analytical work, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

  • Review Bills of Sale, factory invoices, vendor upfit invoices, and Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, tax questions, and payment inquiries.
  • Manage Service Cloud cases and respond to internal/external questions related to capping transactions.
  • Verify vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN) and coordinate corrections with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support vendor setup, tax ID validation, and collaboration with Supplier Services and Accounts Payable.
  • Update capping systems and ensure documentation visibility for internal users and clients.
  • Partner with Acquisitions, FPS, Vehicle Processing, Title & Registration, Tax, and Accounting teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements, SOP updates, and system testing initiatives.

What You Bring

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the fleet industry is a strong plus.
