Job title – Capital & Property Finance Analyst – Amsterdam

Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Hours – 40 Hours per week

The team

You will be part of the Finance function, working closely with the Real Estate & Facilities Management (REFM) organisation and collaborating with central and local finance teams across Europe. The role reports to the Senior Director – Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong working relationship with the Senior Finance Manager – CapEx & Cash Management.

The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality financial insights to support investment decisions and operational performance. You will work alongside specialists in real estate, construction, procurement, and finance, contributing to a diverse and highly skilled network.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership and external partners such as landlords, advisors, and auditors, providing a dynamic and commercially focused environment.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in financial analysis, ideally within real estate, construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment.

• Strong financial modelling skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of property finance principles (e.g. NPV, IRR, capitalisation rates, lifecycle costing, depreciation).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable:

• Experience with real estate systems (e.g. MRI, Qube, Re-Leased)

• Background in FP&A, portfolio analysis, scenario planning, or project controlling

• Understanding of lease structures and real estate financial governance
