CAPEX Project Analyst (12 Months FTC)
Location: Dungarvan
Position Type: Site-Based, Full-Time
The CAPEX Project Analyst will support the Project Controls function within a highly regulated GMP environment on site in a Pharma site in Dungarvan. This site-based role requires a polished, professional, and resilient administrator who excels at working with all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple streams of project and financial data with accuracy.
Key responsibilities will include:
Joint Ownership of the implementation of the ratified budget – current year +1
Creating & adhering to a schedule for project funding
Driving the site leadership engagement with preparation for capex funding review & ensuring all steps / reviews / Gemba’s are completed
Preparation of the slides for Capex Funding meetings
Attendance at meetings & issuance of minutes
Creation of the projects approved at Capex Funding in the formal approval portal
Tracking through the system, actively chasing for approval & making revisions as required by Site Leadership
Set up for formally approved WBS in SAP & budget allocation
Review & update of progress in JIRA of active projects with Project Managers
Ownership of the RAG status project profile
Drive adherence to project schedules & support Project Managers with project change controls to document timeline modifications
Preparation of the slides for Governance meetings
Issuing PO’s and completing goods receipt
Supporting Ad hoc requests in a fast-paced project environment
This position plays a key role in supporting capital project delivery, cost management, procurement activities, and reporting across the site’s CAPEX portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years administrative or project coordination experience, ideally within GMP or regulated environments.
Experience with ERP Systems
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience supporting CAPEX, engineering, manufacturing or construction projects.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to be proactive & anticipate business needs

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.
