The role partners with project managers, engineering, construction, legal, and other stakeholders to develop procurement approaches that support project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk objectives.
The position contributes from early project definition through contract award and execution, helping identify market and schedule constraints, develop competitive sourcing strategies, obtain reliable cost information, and secure the equipment, materials, and services required by the project.
