Job Description

Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is hiring a Capital Markets Associate to join their Singapore office. The role involves supporting a wide range of DCM and ECM transactions, including IPOs, equity placements, bond issuances, and debt restructurings.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review key transaction documents
  • Advise on deal structuring and execution
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct legal research
  • Liaise with regulators and stakeholders
  • Support cross-border transactions and client meetings
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years PQE in capital markets at a reputable firm
  • Law degree with strong academic credentials
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
