objective advice on transaction accounting, accounting change and accounting

they can include helping a client through an IPO, valuing a business,
structuring a transaction, GAAP conversions, complex accounting issues and

  • Master’s
    and/or Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting;
  • Fluency
    in Portuguese is mandatory;
  • Oral
    and written domain of the English language;
  • High
    sense of responsibility and commitment;
  • Critical and analytical thinking;;
  • Ability
    to work in a team;
  • 2–4
    years of professional experience in a Big4 environment (mandatory);
  • We
    are looking for candidates who are excited about Accounting Advisory and
    Finance function, show an interest in complex financial topics, curious
    about technology and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

You will work as part of a team of problem solvers
with extensive experience, helping our clients solve their complex topics (from
strategy to execution) for corporate, insurance and financial institutions.
These could include, for example, accounting support in complex financial
transactions, implementation of new accounting standards, implementation of
related technology solutions. Specific responsibilities include but are
not limited to:

  • Assist
    clients through the provision of advice, the delivery of implementation
    projects, investigation and resolution of technical accounting, financial
    and regulatory issues;
  • Work
    with multidisciplinary teams on projects to deliver high quality client
    service;
  • Support
    the team in developing practical solutions to reporting and regulatory
    challenges;
  • Undertake
    technology implementation in the financial function;
  • Provide
    support to Audit Teams in complex topics.
