Job Description

• Manage and lead a team of 120-150 members involved in  Strong Knowledge of Capital Markets with domain expertise
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with operations, implementing robust risk management strategies and processes.
• Develop and implement effective escalation management procedures to address and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Should be experienced in managing processes transitions, critical activities migration, risk assessment of onboarding tasks
•  Participate in regular  operations governance and ensure accurate and timely Management Information mechanism
• Manage pre-defined Service Level Agreements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and its applications in capital markets, and explore opportunities to leverage AI for process optimization and innovation.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to operational standards and targets.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in custody operations and Fund Services.
• Ability to identify root cause of problem by deep diving in issuesincidents and present it appropriately to senior management
• Solution driven positive attitude 
• Ability to handle work pressure and skilfully manage demanding and aggressive clients.
• Highly motivated and self-driven person.
