As Global Business Process Specialist—Capital Investment Finance, you are part of the Business Process Management Finance team at Roche Services & Solutions. This position actively pursues the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy and is responsible for global, cross-divisional, state-of-the-art process design related to financial processes in the domains of asset accounting, CAPEX & Lease accounting. The person in this role is the empowered decision-maker for their area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the Global Business Process Managers. This position works closely with various stakeholders in the Business Process Management organization & beyond, with the goal to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and contributes as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an ongoing large scale global SAP S4 deployment across our Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Division.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead and drive the deployment of large-scale SAP S4 initiatives, owning key areas such as Asset Accounting, CAPEX, and Lease Accounting while ensuring successful project delivery and integration.

  • Execute and continuously enhance end-to-end business process management (E2E BPM) strategies, delivering integrated solutions across processes, technology, and analytics while enabling global business adoption.

  • Design and redesign global, cross-divisional processes to be standardized, lean, and fit-for-purpose, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

  • Govern business processes by prioritizing and implementing change requests, ensuring effective execution, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement, while creating meaningful impact across both business and IT.

Who You Are:

  • You bring a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of experience in business process management, finance, accounting, or similar functions.

  • You possess strong technical and process expertise, including deep knowledge of end-to-end processes, IFRS Accounting, SAP FI/CO, ICFR, procurement, and hands-on experience in asset and lease accounting within SAP environments.

  • You demonstrate a strong methodological foundation (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, Scrum, PDCA, Kaizen) combined with an agile, customer-centric mindset and high attention to detail and quality.

  • You excel in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership, with a proven ability to influence, manage change, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across global, multicultural, and matrixed organizations, with business-fluent English.
