About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with an asset manager that’s pioneering Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC) Fund, leveraging tokenisation technology to democratise real asset investments and enhance liquidity. The firm is now seeking an experienced Fundraising and Investor Relations professional to drive capital formation and manage strategic investor relationships across Asia.

About your role

• Lead and execute fundraising initiatives for the fund’s real asset–backed, tokenised investment vehicles.

• Identify and engage institutional and family office investors, targeting LPs with exposure to real assets, infrastructure, or private credit.

• Leverage existing networks—especially ex-China institutional investors—to build strong and recurring capital partnerships.

• Manage the full investor lifecycle: from pitch preparation, diligence coordination, and onboarding, to post-close communications and performance reporting.

• Collaborate with the investment and structuring teams to craft tailored investment solutions and placement strategies.

• Oversee IR content, roadshows, and digital outreach campaigns aligned with the fund’s decentralised finance and tokenisation strategy.

What you will need to succeed

• At least 6+ years’ experience in fundraising, capital formation, or investor relations within real asset, infrastructure, or alternative investment funds.

• Proven track record raising capital for blind-pool or project-based funds.

• Strong institutional network across Asia-Pacific (ex Mainland China), including sovereigns, pension funds, and family offices.

• Solid understanding of tokenisation, digital securities, or blockchain-enabled fund structures preferred.

• Entrepreneurial, tech-curious mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-evolving investment environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
