Job Description

HRSI is looking for CAPEX Finance Officer for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role:

• Managing and overseeing the capital expenditures against projects.
• Planning, executing, and tracking project progress within budget and schedule.
• Ensure timely capitalization of assets against closed projects.
• Ensure proper tagging and verification of assets.
• Ensure timely asset disposal/write-off with documentation.
• Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for in Fixed Assets Register (FAR).
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Educational Background

Bachelor's (B.Sc. / BBA)

Minimum Years of Experience

1–5 years in a similar CAPEX / Finance / Asset Management role
