Your Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and continuously enhance an end-to-end capacity planning process across multi-tier external suppliers
  • Ensure full visibility of capacity constraints and availability, identifying bottlenecks and excess capacity, and triggering appropriate mitigation actions
  • Establish and maintain a strong foundation for S&OP processes, including committed output, scenario planning, and structured decision support
  • Perform forecast, demand, and scenario analyses to proactively identify risks and opportunities across markets, customers, and business units
  • Analyze forecast vs. actual deviations, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
    Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down scenarios in close collaboration with internal functions and external suppliers
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Category Management, Production, and other stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, flexibility, and alignment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, KPIs, and data quality within demand and capacity planning

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Capacity/Forecast Planning
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Proven experience working with external suppliers and cross-functional, international teams
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in complex planning environments
  • Experience with advanced analytics, data management, machine learning, or big data (a plus)
  • Very good English skills; German is an advantage
