As our product portfolio and production volumes grow, we can now offer the exciting opportunity to join our biologics manufacturing plant located in Södertälje to deliver the products of the future, as our Capacity Manager!
What you will do
The Capacity Manager works in the tactical and strategic planning horizon and is responsible for the capacity process for assigned assets at Sweden Biomanufacturing Center. One of the key responsibilities is to reflect the correct capacity data in the planning system by supporting, coaching, and challenging Production Planners, Production Managers, Project Managers and other site functions. As a key player for capacity-related questions, you understand flexibility in ramping up and down capacity and ensure impact is understood across the organization. You are the link between the site and external stakeholders in capacity-related questions and topics. You are also an important partner in improving some of the planning-related processes at the site.
As Capacity Manager you maintain the site internal supply chain synchronization by collaborating with planning team colleagues and other global and site functions such as Network Strategy, Network Supply Planning, Project Management Office, Warehouse and Manufacturing. Your capacity analysis in the strategic horizon will influence decision-making regarding future supply and investments at SBC. You are one of two Capacity Managers, you sit on the Supply Chain Leadership Team and report directly to the Supply Chain Director.
