Job Description

• Consolidate and validate country-level forecasts, booking trends, and loading capacity to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with operational and commercial needs.
• Plan and manage capacity allocation by distributing space across countries and vessels, optimizing load factors, and ensuring compliance with established capacity guidelines.
• Partner with the pricing team to review space utilization, identify opportunities to improve capacity efficiency, and contribute to decisions on cargo mix and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate closely with country offices, transshipment hubs, and external stakeholders to manage cargo flow, secure required space, resolve allocation challenges, and ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
• Monitor planned versus actual performance, analyze variances, and follow up with relevant parties to drive timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain capacity reports, allocation summaries, and utilization analyses, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to internal stakeholders. Maintain up‑to‑date records in all relevant systems.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under time-sensitive operational environments.
