Tu objetivo será encantarles con nuestras increíbles herramientas otorgándoles la mejor experiencia de aprendizaje💪.
Responsabilidades:
Enseñar a los nuevos clientes como usar y aprovechar la plataforma.
Resolver todas las dudas que tengas los clientes respecto a la plataforma, servicio, entre otros mientras realizan las primeras capacitaciones.
Otorgar una experiencia dinámica, clara y efectiva al cliente en sus primeros meses con GeoVictoria.
Requisitos:
Residencia en Lima, Perú.
Bachiller en pedagogía, educación o carreras afines.
Deseable experiencia en implementación o sistemas SaaS.
Experiencia en capacitaciones y/o dictando cursos.
Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio.
Comunicación oral y escrita efectiva.
Personalidad espontánea y dinámica.
Responsabilidad y puntualidad.
