The Opportunity


We’re looking for a Capability Development Specialist to design and
deliver impactful training solutions that enhance operational capability,
safety and customer experience across aerodrome environments.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining
learning design, program delivery and strategic capability
development—supporting growth across Australia and emerging markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll design and deliver targeted training programs across
aerodrome operations, including customer experience, safety and onboarding
initiatives, using a mix of face-to-face, virtual and online delivery.

You’ll contribute to longer-term capability through
structured programs such as masterclasses and CPD pathways, working closely
with the RTO to ensure compliance and quality.

The role will continually identify capability gaps through
learning needs analysis, building scalable frameworks that support workforce
development and operational excellence.

Alongside this, you’ll support the promotion of training
offerings through customer communications and marketing initiatives, while
partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver practical, high-impact
solutions.

You’ll continuously evaluate and improve programs based on
feedback, performance data and evolving operational needs.

About You


You’re a practical and commercially minded L&D professional who can
translate learning into real-world outcomes.
