Role Purpose
Build and enhance commercialization capabilities, ensuring alignment with Taiwan Pharma Ambition and boosting ecosystem mastery for customer-facing roles.

Support affiliate-wide excellence by connecting global best practices and fostering capability-driven strategies across all commercial functions.
Role scope:
Lead commercialization capability learning programs, ensuring direct alignment with Pharma International’s overall business strategy and connecting with Taiwan Pharma Ambition.
Translate global standards into local actionable roadmaps that ensure every PJP and partner has a clear path from foundational skills to advanced ecosystem mastery.
Act as a strategic partner with PJS cluster leads and PJP team leads to identify key skill gaps and provide data-driven insights to improve individual and ecosystem-wide performance.
Provide field coaching and timely feedback on customer engagement to remove roadblocks and unlock value for patients.
Responsible for design and implement necessary trainings and connect internal / external resources
Collaborate with Agile Coach to foster Working by Outcome realization at the affiliate level and facilitate key rituals like Impact Retrospectives to translate learnings and insights into business strategies.
Partner with the Taiwan leadership team and chapter leaders to focus on capability building, ensuring end-to-end excellence across all commercialization functions.
Serve as the Primary Subject Matter Expert and central point of contact for functional commercialization capability needs for Taiwan Pharma.
Connect across APAC, Pharma International, and the extended global network to support ACE realization and share best practices across borders.

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
Working Experience:
At least 8+ years work experience in commercial functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence
Solid experience in commercialization roles, such as Marketing, Sales, Medical, or Digital, with the ability to act as a credible coach for senior stakeholders
Experienced in in-house training design, capability building, L&D, or Organizational Development within a complex, matrixed environment is a plus
Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and program/system design skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach to learning and development practices.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams without formal authority.
Fast-learner, good digital fluency with the ability to leverage AI tools, data analytics, and modern learning platforms to enhance learning experience.
Fluent in the local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired
