Job Description

  • This is a 50+ year old home improvement company serving homeowners across Kansas City

What is Being Offered:

  • $70K-$80K base + bonus (total $105K-$115K)

What The Position is About:

  • Build, lead, and manage the canvassing team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop the canvassing team
  • Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
  • Monitor metrics and performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing team
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven canvassing leadership experience within the home improvement/services industry
  • Track record of building, training, and motivating a successful canvassing team
