CANOE CLUB POOL ATTENDANT

As a Pool & Beach Attendant at Canoe Club, you create a vibrant and welcoming environment in one of the resort’s most dynamic oceanfront settings. Known for its lively, family-friendly atmosphere, Canoe Club offers guests a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of Hualālai with ease.

In this role, you anticipate needs, deliver thoughtful amenities, and create moments of comfort—from the first welcome to the final farewell—helping shape each guest’s experience by the water

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome guests to the Canoe Club pool area, assisting with seating and creating a comfortable, effortless arrival experience

• Provide attentive food and beverage service, ensuring each interaction feels seamless, personalized, and thoughtful

• Enhance the guest experience through curated touches such as oshibori service, refreshments, and poolside amenities including spritzing.

• Prepare guest seating areas, including chaise lounges, with care and attention to detail to create a welcoming environment.

• Ensure the Ala Kai comfort station remains fully stocked, organized, and reflective of Four Seasons presentation standards throughout the day.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of pool and beach areas to create a consistently inviting atmosphere

• Work collaboratively with Recreation and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a smooth and elevated guest experience

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences

• A warm and engaging presence with the ability to connect naturally with guests

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.

• The ability to thrive in a highly active, outdoor environment in Hawai‘i’s climate

• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and positive attitude

• Previous food and beverage or service experience preferred (3–12 months).

• Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
