CANOE CLUBHOUSE FOODRUNNER

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage ‘ohana within the Hualālai Club, a private membership community offering an elevated and personalized resort experience. The Hualālai Club is an exclusive, members-only extension of the resort, designed for residents and returning guests who seek a deeper sense of belonging, privacy, and connection. Club members enjoy access to curated amenities, dedicated spaces, and highly personalized service that goes beyond the traditional resort experience.

The Canoe Clubhouse serves as the social and culinary heart of the Club—an oceanfront gathering place where members and their guests enjoy refined coastal cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and relaxed yet sophisticated dining. With panoramic views of the Pacific and a strong sense of community, the experience is both elevated and intimate, defined by consistency, familiarity, and genuine relationships. As a Food Runner, you are an essential part of delivering this highly personalized experience—supporting a service culture where members are recognized, remembered, and valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver food with precision, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and elegant presentation

• Support the service team in creating a seamless, anticipatory dining experience

• Build familiarity with Hualālai Club members, recognizing preferences and fostering connection

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service and table presentation

• Greet members and guests warmly, using names whenever possible, in alignment with the Golden Rule

• Assist with Club events, including set-up and breakdown in the Canoe Clubhouse and other private venues

• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a polished and unobtrusive presence

• Present dishes with confidence and knowledge, enhancing the overall experience

• Prepare garnishes, condiments, and service elements to Four Seasons standards

• Perform opening and closing duties with ownership and care

WHAT TO BRING

• 3–12 months of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

• A passion for luxury, personalized service

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with repeat clientele

• A team-oriented mindset and attention to detail

• Professionalism, warmth, and a genuine spirit of hospitality

• Required: Hawaii State Department of Health TB Clearance

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization
