Canderel Residential is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated In House Sales Representative to help drive sales of our pre-construction units across multiple residential communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada’s leading real estate development teams and play a key role in bringing our projects to completion.
The ideal candidate is driven, professional, customer focused, and passionate about new home sales. You will work closely with Canderel’s sales and marketing teams, gaining exposure to high profile developments and benefiting from hands on coaching, mentorship, and strong organizational support.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead follow-up
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients
• Exceed sales targets
• Stay-up-to date on competition and market trends
• Collaborate with Administration and Marketing departments
• Flexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Have thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments
• Have great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone
• Strong closing skills a must
• Provides exceptional buyer experiences to existing and potential buyers
• Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with CRM or other related database management systems
• Working weekends are required
• Work well in a team environment
Qualifications & Competencies:
• University degree or college diploma
• Licensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing
• 2+ years of real estate sales experience with preference to experience selling high-rise pre-construction condominiums.
• Strong and proven track record of pre-construction high-rise sales working on a multitude of successful sales projects
• Must be self- Motivated and results driven
• Have excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools
• Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
• Must have strong relationships with the broker community focusing on pre-construction condominiums
• Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership
• Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project.
Compensation package consists of competitive base pay and commission earned on units sold.

Within the range, starting salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
