Summary of Responsibilities
· Action customer and internal requests received through multiple channels, managing the process from quote through order fulfillment
· Provide accurate, knowledgeable, and timely responses regarding products, pricing, availability, and lead times
· Manage orders, review and track back-orders; proactively recommend alternatives when applicable
· Resolve issues related to delivery, inventory, and invoicing, including processing returns and replacement orders
· Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to understand customer requirements and deliver effective, value-added solutions
· Build and sustain trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent, best-in-class service experience
· Collaborate closely with team members, planners, suppliers, and operations to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Skills and

Qualifications
· 2–3 years of procurement, buying, and/or customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
· Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a supportive team culture
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
· Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word and experience with ERP systems and purchasing software
· Comfortable working independently while actively supporting team goals
