Job Description

General Function:

  1. Support president especially for Strategies, HR and administrative job.
  2. Establish Canada's company rules and regulations.
  3. Support Operational and Financial department.

Responsible For:

1.Establish company regulations for working, performance evaluation and promotions by the end of 2026.

  1. Support Corporate planning job for data analysis, create strategies, ordering and inventory management tools (by 2Q of 2026)
  2. Supporting Operations by providing data and tools for MH improvement (Average 122 Cad/hour or 120% from actual 2025 result)
  3. Support corporate planning office work by issuing support documents to reach budget amount in terms of Sales and Cost.

Required Skills:

  1. Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, Word): Intermediate level
  2. Knowledge about Internal Audit, HR admin and Corporate planning work.
  3. Basic knowledge for Financial statements (P&L, CF and BS)
  4. Sufficient communication skills for English and Japanese.
