Join the AGT Leopard Program, launched by the Accommodation Business Group (ABG). This is more than just a job; this 18-month accelerated program is a thrilling journey of talent development designed to shape the future leaders of the

global travel industry. As you progress, you will be trained to master the core competencies of qualify business development expert. Upon graduation, you will be ready to:

· Take responsibility for hotel coverage and sign new contracts in alignment with company strategy.

· Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to partners.

· Consult partners on short- and long-term strategies to maximize their revenue through rate parity, availability, inventory, and commercial campaigns.

· Leverage business relationships to make Trip.com the partner's most preferred OTA platform.

· Utilize data analysis and market research to understand market landscapes and identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for highly agile and resilient individuals who are ready to make an immediate impact.

· Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized institution

· English and Japanese can be used fluently as a working language
