Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) is seeking a strategic, organized, and relationship-driven Campus Recruiting Specialist to build and expand our early-career talent strategy and campus recruiting program.
The role offers an opportunity to take ownership of SGH’s early-career recruiting efforts, developing the processes, guidelines, relationships, and best practices needed to build a consistent and scalable program. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand early-career hiring needs, develop relationships with colleges and universities, expand SGH’s campus presence, and create strong pipelines of emerging technical talent across our engineering disciplines.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll help shape the direction of the program while also leading the execution of career fairs, information sessions, technical presentations, networking events, and other campus activities. You’ll be responsible for keeping the program organized and moving forward—from planning and logistics through follow-up and continuous improvement.
It’s a unique opportunity to build and shape SGH’s early-career talent strategy and contribute to developing the next generation of technical leaders at SGH.
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid | Significant travel during peak recruiting seasons (September–November and February–April)

Compensation:
The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.
Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.
This position is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
