We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Campus Hiring & Employer Branding Specialist to drive talent engagement initiatives across leading management and engineering institutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building meaningful relationships with students, creating impactful employer branding campaigns, and managing end-to-end campus engagement programs.
You will play a key role in attracting high-potential young talent by developing innovative campus outreach strategies, strengthening employer brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from engagement through onboarding. Working closely with business leaders, HR teams, and program stakeholders, you will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for future leadership and business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive campus engagement and recruitment strategies across premier management and engineering institutions.
- Build strong relationships with placement cells, student communities, and academic stakeholders to enhance talent outreach.
- Plan and manage campus branding initiatives, employer value proposition campaigns, and student engagement activities.
- Drive employer branding efforts through social media, digital campaigns, events, and innovative communication channels.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, campus events, assessments, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including candidate tracking, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align campus hiring plans accordingly.
- Support graduate and management trainee programs through performance tracking, project allocation coordination, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research on campus hiring trends, talent expectations, competitor strategies, and compensation benchmarks.
- Work with vendors and partners for event execution, branding materials, merchandise planning, and promotional activities.
- Analyze hiring metrics, engagement outcomes, retention trends, and program effectiveness to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining strong relationships with campuses and internal stakeholders.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- MBA or equivalent qualification with a specialization in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, talent engagement, recruitment marketing, or event management.
- Strong understanding of campus hiring processes, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for working with young talent and creating memorable engagement experiences.
- Experience managing social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and employer value proposition programs.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative engagement and branding ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel for campus engagements, recruitment drives, and branding initiatives as required.
