As a Campus Recruiter, your role is vital in bringing our employer brand to life and enhancing our reputation. Your responsibilities extend across various business units and throughout Belgium, making you a central figure in our recruitment campaign for young graduates. Through your efforts, you are not just filling positions; you are actively shaping the future of our company by bringing in the best and brightest minds.

• You manage the selection process from A to Z; from sourcing, lead management and screening to conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating offers, and finalizing contract closures;
• You are an ambassador of our brand, championing it in the candidate experience you create and in your contacts with colleagues, the wider Deloitte community, and the talent market as a whole;
• You become a trusted partner of our business stakeholders, providing feedback, guidance, and advice on talent acquisition matters whilst keeping their business reality and ambitions in mind;
• You proactively share your best-practices and experiences and are keen to learn from your colleagues;
• You actively incorporate market insights into your daily job which results in a proactive approach that allows you to always be one step ahead;
• You have the opportunity to initiate or participate in a variety of Talent Acquisition and HR projects which are the building stones of our ambitious, future-focused talent strategy.

Let's talk about you

• You obtained a Master Degree or combine a similar Bachelor degree with a relevant experience;
• You have 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment;
• A very good knowledge of Dutch/French and English is required;
• You have a passion for people and are a great team player;
• You think pro-actively and demonstrate excellent organizational skills;
• You have the ability to swiftly adapt, learn and respond to changing business and market realities, fostering a resilient and innovative approach to challenges;
• You have a wide range of communication skills enabling you to build up relationships and credibility at every level inside or outside our organization;
• You have the right drive to be a true connecting “Deloitte Ambassador”.
