Salary: 36.00 to 39.76 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 to 40 hours week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time (Evening, Flexible hours, Day Weekend)
Existing Position: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

The Campus Principal is the pro-active leader who maintains administration and education standards to ensure success of a campus, reporting to the Coaching Manager. This position has full accountability for all aspects of ongoing business operations at a campus, including Spirit of Math, Spirit of English and Spirit of Technology campus operations.

Responsibilities:
• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Conduct performance reviews
• Co-ordinate teaching activities
• Evaluate curriculum programs and recommend improvements
• Compile inventory reports
• Recommend curriculum revisions and additions and approve scheduling of courses
• Perform administrative tasks
• Offer mentoring
• Perform sales and marketing activities
• Work with on-line accounts and systems
• Supervise teaching assistants and train student teachers
• Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
• Evaluate teaching methods and quality of instructions
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Teach as required
Supervision: 5-10 people
