Job Description

We are hiring seasonal Campus Operations Support Staff at Angry Orchard Cidery in Walden, NY through November.

Provides support to the Angry Orchard campus for parking, guest wayfinding & check-in, and general upkeep.

What You'll Brew:

  • Greet guests as they arrive and check in

  • Perform ID checks

  • Sell select guest experience

  • Site flow, focusing on parking and guest wayfinding

  • Set up and break down of parking tents, tables, radios, and wayfinding signage

  • General campus upkeep: Collect and dispose of trash & debris throughout the facility grounds, collect and distribute used drinkware to the bars, and replenish utensil, napkin, paper towel, and soap dispensers throughout shift

  • Must be able to work in and promote a team oriented and “Safety First” environment

  • Report any damage, theft, or destruction of property

  • Escalation of incident reports

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

  • Site security or parking experience desired

  • Bussing & trash management

  • Hospitality experience desired

  • This is an outdoor position requiring a lot of walking rain or shine and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Level 10:

In accordance with New York's pay transparency laws, the pay rate for this role is $17.50 per hour.
