Fresh Prints is a custom apparel company that works with thousands of student organizations, Greek life chapters, sports teams, and clubs across the U.S. But more importantly, we give students the chance to run a real business while they’re still in college.
As a Campus Manager, you won’t just “promote a brand” or post on social media. You’ll build relationships, manage clients, close orders, and grow your own book of business on campus while being backed by a full company behind you.
You’ll have access to mentorship, design support, operations help, training, and tools from our full-time team. We handle production, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment so you can focus on building connections and growing sales.
This role is challenging, fast-paced, and highly ownership-driven. But if you’re someone who wants real-world experience beyond a traditional internship or campus job, it can genuinely change the trajectory of your confidence, communication skills, and career growth.
As a Campus Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for organizations on your campus looking to order custom merch.
You’ll:

Most college jobs teach you how to complete tasks. This role teaches you how to:
You’ll graduate college with actual hands-on experience managing clients and generating revenue, not just another line on your resume.
Campus Managers earn commission on every order they place.
Your earnings will depend on the effort, consistency, and time you put into the role.
This is not a guaranteed-pay position, and it’s not designed for someone looking for a low-effort side hustle. The students who succeed here are the ones who stay consistent and treat the role seriously.
You do not need prior sales experience to succeed here.
Every Campus Manager goes through training where you’ll learn:
You’ll also have:
We’ll support you heavily, but we’ll also expect ownership from you.
The students who usually succeed here are:
Mindset matters more than experience.
Most successful Campus Managers spend around 12–15 hours per week on the role.
Because this is relationship and communication-based work, consistency matters a lot more than doing everything at once.
Campus Managers often say this role helped them:
Many of our top-performing Campus Managers go on to careers in sales, consulting, startups, marketing, recruiting, and entrepreneurship.
