To provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management with a focus on continuous improvement across the campus. To achieve financial and operational KPIs established by the Client. The Campus Manager must be a team player and collaborate with all stakeholders to meet key performance indicators as outlined in the management contract.

Oversee overall Facilities Management (FM) operations across the campus
Drive “Back to Basics” program
Align with client and organizational objectives for the year
Ensure achievement of KPI scores
Manage escalations and incidents
Ensure accurate financial management (Office Services, R&M, Capex, and operational budgets)
Ensure proactive maintenance, meeting CEM requirements within timelines and aligning team with operational procedures
Maintain consistency of policies & procedures through updates, implementation, compliance, and audits
Ensure effective utilization of all technology tools
Drive sustainability initiatives across the campus
Ensure overall compliance with statutory and internal requirements
Track and drive large-scale initiatives
Conduct random facility walkthroughs and surprise checks for continuous improvement
Support client walkthroughs as required
Oversee and support certification processes and audits
Lead planning, transition, and go-live activities for campus expansions
Ensure closure of project snags
Manage consolidation and disposition of facilities
Evaluate vendor performance and management practices
Ensure timely work certification (WC) and invoicing
Strengthen vendor relationships and ensure service delivery as per SLAs
Implement escalation procedures and risk management programs
Ensure integrity of systems and audit data
Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
Monitor incidents and ensure timely reporting and resolution
Develop and implement initiatives and strategies to improve services and operational efficiency
Drive client and employee engagement initiatives
Act on feedback and manage client/business unit relationships
Lead and groom teams to achieve high client satisfaction
Develop reports and track quarterly/yearly objectives
Conduct regular zone meetings and monthly management reviews
Support budgeting and recommit processes including periodic reviews
Assign buddies for new team members and ensure structured onboarding
Train teams on facility policies, procedures, and systems
Collaborate with senior leadership on skill development, leadership, and succession planning
Ensure completion of training programs (Induction, IPMP, PDP)
Coach teams to build high morale, trust, work ethics, and a culture of teamwork and excellence
