Serve as the central point of coordination for campus logistics during the DeMar Marathon event and other third parties leasing space on the Keene State College campus.

Duties/Responsibilities:

(100%)

• Serve as the point person leading up to the event and throughout event setup/event day.
• Ensure that the appropriate campus partners, vendors, and event teams have the information and resources they need and that outstanding items are addressed before event day. This includes campus and City coordination, confirming site visits and event logistics, vendor coordination, safety, access, and communications, the final week prep and load-in, and ultimately be on campus for event day through breakdown.
• Coordinating rental space needs, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned related to managing third party space needs.

Requirements:

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

• Successful experience leading events

Compensation Pay Range:

$25 - $35 /hour
