What You’ll Lead
The Campus Director – Macon Campus will provide leadership with daily cross-functional collaboration in multiple areas including:
- Campus Operations & Leadership
- Student Success & Engagement
- Team Leadership & Accountability
- Campus Culture & Employee Development
- Enrollment & Growth Support
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Community & Workforce Partnerships
- Strategic Planning & Campus Initiatives
- Collaboration Across Academic & Administrative Departments
- Student-Centered Service Delivery
This leader will partner closely with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Student Services, Career Services, Workforce Development, Compliance, and executive leadership to support operational effectiveness, student persistence, campus growth, and a positive educational environment aligned with the mission and values of Helms College.

QualificationsPreferred Experience &
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Leadership, Student Services, Workforce Development, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of campus leadership experience
- OR
- 4–7 years of progressive people leadership experience within higher education, workforce development, or postsecondary environments
- Demonstrated success leading teams, building accountability, and supporting organizational culture
- Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting operational excellence and student-centered initiatives
- Ability to lead through change, growth, and organizational development
- Experience working within higher education, workforce development, nonprofit, or mission-driven environments strongly preferred
