What You Will Do and Learn

We are looking for  Management Trainees to join our Anaplan team in Bangalore. As a management trainee, you will be given unique opportunity to learn Anaplan & gain hands-on experience. Candidates will undergo required training in Anaplan and functions enabling business transformation journey. During the training period, Candidate will learn nuances of client success, business communication, project implementation, project management & advisory to embark upon a career journey as consulting professional.

Key consulting skill set the candidates will be exposed to are business planning, process engineering, data architecture executed through Leading EPM SAAS Platform Anaplan.

A typical day could include:

• Accomplishing Day to day goals assigned as part of Training program.
• Strict adherence to Training milestones.
• Carry out detailed and effective documentation of learning journey.
• Acquire technical and functional skill sets to meet project readiness criteria prior to. culmination of training programme.

Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement models, business process and technology that aligns with client business objectives.
• Build mock proof of concept models for against an identified business use case.
• Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.
• Showcase ownership, independence, and autonomy with respect to assigned objectives.

Qualifications:

• Applicant should be completing MBA/PGDM in 2026
• Graduation degree required (B.E/B. Tech, Bsc, BA(Economics))
• Candidates having Prior work experience in technology sector will be preferred.
