I can succeed as a Client & Product Track Associate at Capital Group.

As a Client & Product Track Associate, you'll join the Capital Group Rotational Program, a two-year rotational experience designed to provide broad exposure across the teams that connect Capital Group's investment capabilities with clients and drive business growth. Through three rotational assignments, you'll develop commercial acumen, strengthen your analytical and communication skills, and gain firsthand experience supporting client engagement, product strategy, marketing, business management, and analytics-focused initiatives.

Designed for individuals interested in connecting investment capabilities with client needs, developing products and solutions, and driving business growth, the program provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth across client, product, marketing, analytics, and business-focused functions.

What You'll Do

The Client & Product Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams responsible for delivering investment solutions, engaging clients, and supporting business growth. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:

• Sales & Relationship Management: Support client engagement, business development, relationship management, and client service initiatives
• Business Management: Contribute to strategic planning, business operations, organizational effectiveness, and execution of key priorities
• Product Strategy: Support product positioning, competitive analysis, market insights, and long-term product strategy
• Marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns, client communications, content development, events, and brand initiatives
• Insights & Analytics: Leverage research, business intelligence, and data analysis to support decision-making and business outcomes
• Sales Enablement & Client Support: Help develop the tools, resources, processes, and capabilities that enable teams to serve clients effectively
• Additional Client & Product Functions: Gain exposure to other teams that contribute to client engagement, product development, and business growth across Capital Group

Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, conduct market, product, and client research, analyze business trends and insights, develop recommendations for stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to support client outcomes and business growth. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are relationship-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and excited to help connect Capital Group's investment capabilities with clients and drive business growth. Successful candidates demonstrate:

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations
• Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to continuous growth
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships, and influence outcomes

• A client-focused mindset and passion for understanding client needs and delivering exceptional experiences
• Experience applying analytical, quantitative, leadership, or business skills through coursework, projects, internships, research, or extracurricular activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and interest in emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent
• Work authorization requirements vary by country. Candidates should have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the applicable country of employment

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
