The role involves managing core M365 workloads including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Defender. The engineer troubleshoots complex technical issues, implements security and compliance controls, automates administrative tasks, and supports cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring optimal user experience.
