THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our Campervan Workshop team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining campervans to ensure their optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Repair and Maintenance
  
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on campervans, including engines, brakes, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Diagnose mechanical and technical issues, using tools and technology to identify problems effectively.
  • Conduct repairs on campervan-specific components, such as water systems, heating systems, and appliances.
• Quality Assurance
  
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Test vehicle systems and components after repair to confirm proper functioning.
• Workshop Support
  
  • Assist the Mechanical Leader in prioritizing and organizing repair tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Inventory and Documentation
  
  • Record all work performed, including parts used, repairs completed, and any recommendations for future maintenance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Candidates with certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar program in the automotive industry;
• Candidates with at least 5 years of proven experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus;
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred);
• You’re fluent in Italian and English (mandatory);
• You’re eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
• You’re available to work on weekends and public holidays.
