Job Description
The Campaigns and Digital Analytics Head is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and mobile app analytics to drive business growth.
This role ensures end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and lead generation to performance monitoring and post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Analytics Management
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive product and mobile app growth.
- Monitor and analyze mobile app performance and key metrics.
- Optimize lead generation and distribution to maximize impact.
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to improve future initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for insights.
People Management & Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Set and track KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Technical & Operational Support
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to align campaigns.
- Manage promo fulfillment processes, from eligibility to incentive crediting.
- Investigate and resolve promo-related complaints.
- Utilize SQL (preferred) and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in banking/financial services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in campaign management, digital analytics, and mobile app performance tracking
- Proficiency in MS Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with a strategic and creative approach
